SET UP SIZE:
Set up art to the actual dimension of the product. If unsure of the dimensions please contact your Sales Rep. and ask for a dieline/template or go to www.accesspoly.com/templates.html to download standard templates.
INDICATE IF CENTERED AND HOW:
• Optical Center = centered on 2/3 of the page.
• Centered 4 ways = art is selected and grouped together per area (FC, BB, BC) as sent to us and centered 4 ways. Note: if art is sent to us within crop marks, we will use that positioning. (group art with crops and center 4 ways)
COMPOSITE/SEPS:
Please send file as a COMPOSITE, right reading. We will seperate and trap.
INKS/COLORS:
• Label spot colors (PMS #’s or color match) in your file.
• CMYK for four color process printing only.
• Creating color areas out of four color process is NOT RECOMMENDED. Screen printing will not accurately represent a PMS color, will cause registration issues on small verbiage and streaking in large areas.
• Reversing out of two or more colors is not recommended. An additional hit of ink color may be required.
• White ink = PMS color 1555 and change the name to Printers White. (This needs to be done wherever white is to print)
• Recommend Clear Coat on all Metallic Ink.
• All colors are matched to Pantone® coated colors. If you want your color matched to uncoated you must specify. Note: UV colors always have a sheen to them, they can not be totally matte. Uncoated color matches will be to the shade of color only.
• UV inks are used and are slightly transparent. Be aware that the sheet/substrate color picked will show through somewhat.
* Day-Glo powders weaken the cure to UV inks and are not weatherable.
* NO RGB/INDEXED colors accepted.
INSIDE OR OUTSIDE HITS:
When choosing natural or clear material, please specify if the art is to print on the inside of the sheet showing through or if it prints directly on the outside of the sheet.
PLACED IMAGES AND FONTS:
• Send ALL Placed/Live images.
Nested/Embedded eps images will NOT be accepted!
• Send ALL screen and printer fonts used or convert all type to outline.
* Electronic styling from style palettes is NOT accepted!
SCANS/PHOTOSHOP IMAGES:
• Tints/Halftones (Gray scale or CMYK) images 300 ppi 100% print size, not enlarged.
• Line art (Bitmap) 1000 ppi print size, not enlarged, tif or eps files.
* No RGB/Indexed files accepted!
SOLID PANELS, TINTS AND CLOSE REGISTER:
• Large ink coverage (Solid or Tint) in the same color, close/critical registration or large coverage four color process jobs, may require splitting the hits, which doubles the passes through the press and must be re-quoted.

• Minimum line weight must be .65 pt.
