• Engineering Services - We can assist with your innovative prototype developments through a unique Engineering department that is responsible for creating custom products to fit your exact needs. The Product Engineering staff can take your product concepts and develop them into a working design to be completed in our manufacturing facility. For those unique custom designs, we can provide a computer aided design (CAD) sample that will provide you a visual inspection of your creative ideas.
 
• Electronic Prepress Services - Graphic presentation is critical to custom products. We are prepared to take your graphic designs in many different formats or help you to develop your design. You can transfer artwork via internet connection at: art@accesspoly.com or upload to our FTP site. (Using an FTP client - put www.polyartdepartment.com - Call your customer service rep for ID and Password) For those that wish to provide us with art on disc, specifications are available upon request. Guidelines and Templates are also available. 

• Graphic Quality Extruded Sheet - We incorporate state-of-art technology to provide the most consistent graphic quality sheet. The flexibility provided by this capacity allows numerous sizes, finishes, thicknesses and colors to be available in polyethylene and polypropylene within the time frame the market demands.Click here for Extrusion Guidelines.

• Screen Printing Innovation - Once the image is committed to the screen and the ink is initiated, the screen printing process begins. Our printing has resulted in numerous awards form the Screen-Printing and Graphic Imaging Association International (SGIA) for several years. With the flexibility of both automatic cylinder presses and hand fed manual presses operated around the clock, we welcome any screen printing challenge. 

• Die Making and Cutting - Whatever the size of the job, we are well equipped with both automatic and manually fed die cutters. Standard products run smoothly, and intricate shapes are no challenge for the operators of these “workhorse” cutting machines.

• Finishing Operations - We can complete your project with several finishing techniques. Flexible scores are achieved with hot hinging machines to create scores with a long hinge life that far exceed your expectations. If your project requires a pocket application for labels, business card holders or cover pockets, a clear heat-sealed pocket in virtually any size or shape can be provided. For tote boxes, two pocket portfolios, specialty packaging and loose-leaf products, we can provide sonic welding to securely attach your product. With the addition of a new high-speed folder/gluer machine, an alternative for securely attaching many of polyolefin products is available.
